Property was Sold before listed. Property has been used as a Daycare and will continue to be used as a Daycare by its' new owner. In 2023 over 1000 sq ft was added for class room space but design as a storm shelter from tornados. Two of the eight bathrooms were for the adults, the remaining ones were designed for the children. Many children from two months to pre schoolers have spent several happy days at this location prior to starting school. The kitchen, supply room, laundry room, storm shelter and office made up the square footage of over 3000 sq ft under roof. Outside there was a 900 square foot storage building. When the shelter was built a new concrete parking area, ramp, steps and a solid pore on the west side of the building was also done.
